Step into an evening where flavor, rhythm, and culture come together. This isn’t just a taco dinner—it’s a curated journey for the senses.

In collaboration with Chef Paula Zavala, guests will begin their night with a handcrafted appetizer designed to awaken the palate. From there, each ticket holder will choose one of three chef‑driven tacos, each inspired by regional Mexican traditions and prepared with bold, vibrant ingredients. Ticket includes one drink ticket (beer, cider, wine, non-alcoholic options).

As you savor every bite, live music by Luis Carlos Maldonado fills the space—setting the tone, lifting the energy, and turning dinner into an atmosphere. The night concludes with a guided mezcal tasting, where you’ll explore the spirit’s smoky complexity and learn the stories behind each pour.

It’s an immersive celebration of food, sound, and culture. A night to taste, listen, and experience.

Paula’s Famous Barbacoa
Delicious Beef slowly cooked for 4 hrs and perfectly seasoned. Garnished with cilantro, lime and diced onions.

Baja Fish Tacos
Salsa Bandera, shredded cabbage, chili oil sauce, lime and sour cream spread.

Rolled Chicken Taquitos (Flautas)
Shredded lettuce, sour cream, charred red salsa, cheese.

Rolled Ricotta and Carrot Taquitos (Flautas)
Shredded lettuce, sour cream, charred red salsa, cheese.
