We make exclusively NY-style thin crust pizza, made with a blend of Italian and Canadian ‘OO’ wheat flour. Our dough is made fresh on site and fermented at least 24 hours.

Typically our kitchen is open 4-8pm on Thursdays, 4-9pm on Fridays, 12-3 & 5-9 on Saturdays and 1-7pm on Sundays, however there are sometimes exceptions so check our website or call us if you’re coming in hungry!
