Stonecat is a West Coast Style IPA infused with grapefruit. This beer is our first time using hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. We dry hopped this beer with American classics - Cascade, Centennial, and CGX Cascade (a concentrated hop pellet). Clean, crisp and lively on the palate, with enough bitterness to keep you coming back.
