A new lager! Our Zoigl-Pils is an amber lager made with a heirloom German-grown malt that was first commercially available in 1924. We combine that malt with caramunich and munich malts to add a beautiful copper colour. We get notes of toasted bread, toffee, and a light herbal character.

A historical German beer style, ‘Zoigl’ refers to the sign that residents would put outside of their houses when their homebrewed beers were ready to serve. The word is derived from the word for ‘sign’ in German. So here’s the sign to drink a pint of Zoigl!
