Do you dream in stereo? What is a stereo dream? Well, we actually don’t have the answers, just more questions. What we do know is that this hazy IPA is heavily hopped with Citra and Bliss Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand. Bliss is a special process where they blend early and late harvest Nelson hops for a well balanced profile that highlights the lighter fruitier notes as well as the dank diesel type notes. We also ferment this with the Verdant ale strain from the English brewery of the same name for enhanced tropical notes.
