What really is a brewery? We are a factory, we use machinery to create products. In this case we used our machinery to create a delicious sour ale packed with real fruit purees including a whole bunch of cherry, tangerine and cranberry for a delicious balance of sweet and sour notes that finishes a bit more on the dry side as we have fermented out the fruit sugars, leaving plenty of fruit flavour without too much sweetness.
