Our 7th annual release of our whisky barrel aged imperial stout, this year’s version aged for 11 months in freshly emptied George Dickel Tennessee whisky barrels. Notes of cocoa, vanilla, toffee, and a touch of raisin. Rich and decadent without being overly sweet.

Perfect for sipping on a cold winter day, as always, enjoy now or age for 1-3 years to observe the mellowing and melding of flavours.
