Prison of My Own Design Pale Ale [4x 473ml] 5.4% alc./vol. 

This is a flavour prison you wouldn’t mind staying in for a while. A hybrid between East and West Coast, this pale ale is hopped with one of the latest hops and one of the founding fathers. We went with Cascade Cryo (the old) on the hot side and hit it with Krush and Krush Hyperboost (the new- liquid extract) on the dry hop. We get a very pine and citrus forward character with notes of dried mango and apricot. We ferment with a traditional California Ale yeast for moderate haze and dry body.
